Your ring

  • No clicks and no rattles. The band turns smoothly and quietly, so you can spin it in a meeting, a classroom or a silent room without anyone hearing a thing.

  • Your ring is built on a stainless steel base, chosen because it does not react with skin the way cheap alloys do. If you ever notice a mark, write to us and we will make it right.

  • Yes, it is made for everyday life, hand-washing included. To keep the finish bright for longer, take it off before swimming, the gym and anything with harsh chemicals or lotions.

  • Roll the outer band with your thumb or the fingers of your other hand. It turns a full 360°, for as long as you need. Many people reach for it without even thinking about it.

  • Your ring is covered by our 1-year warranty. If the spin stops working under normal wear, contact us with your order number and we will replace it.

  • No. Amour Mio rings are jewelry. They are not designed to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. We see them as one small tool beside therapy, breathwork and rest, never instead of them.

  • Our rings contain small moving parts and are designed for adults. If a child wears one, please supervise them.

Sizing

  • Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters.

    US 6: 51.9 mm
    US 7: 54.4 mm
    US 8: 57.0 mm
    US 9: 59.5 mm
    US 10: 62.1 mm

  • Choose the larger one. A spinner band is slightly wider than a classic ring, so a little extra room keeps it comfortable all day.

  • No stress. Contact us within the return window with your order number and we will help you exchange it for another size.

  • Available sizes are shown on each product page. If a size is missing, it may be temporarily sold out.

Shipping & delivery

  • Orders are usually prepared within 24 business hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping is free on orders over $69. Below that amount, rates are calculated at checkout, before you pay.

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. All the details are in our shipping policy.

Returns & refunds

  • Yes. You have 90 days from delivery to request a return and receive a full refund. All the details are in our refund policy.

  • Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.

  • Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Warranty

  • Yes. Every Amour Mio ring comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, spinning mechanism included.

  • Everyday scratches, loss, and damage caused by accidents or misuse are not covered.

  • Contact us with your order number and a photo of the ring, and we will take it from there.

Payments & security

  • All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and sensitive customer information is fast, easy and secure.
