Where it started
It started with a small habit
You know the one. Twisting a ring during a hard conversation. Picking at a cuticle on the train. Tapping a pen until someone looks up. When the mind gets loud, the hands look for something to hold.
We kept looking for something to hold that didn't look like a fidget toy. Everything we found was plastic, flimsy or obviously made for anxiety. So we set out to make the opposite: a ring you would wear for its beauty alone, with a smooth, silent spin hidden in plain sight.

Every Amour Mio ring is built on a stainless steel base, finished in gold or silver tone, with an outer band that turns a full 360° around the inner ring.
